I believe that we are resilient. I believe that we can become a better version of ourselves. I believe in the 'work' that it takes to accept 'being enough'.
My professional experience is vast and lengthy. I help behavioral health organizations develop talent with the next generation of experts. I provide resident supervision in Virginia. I provide subject specific workshops.

I am licensed as a professional counselor in Georgia and Virginia. I received a certification as a community college counselor in California. I am trained as a life coach. The counseling results with Counselor, Coach, Confidant are measurable based on engagement and symptom reduction. No 'big box' impersonal therapy because YOU ARE YOUR BEST INVESTMENT.
